Esmeralda Martinez, Salt + Light’s CalAIM Manager, is a dedicated individual hailing from Corcoran, CA, bringing a wealth of experience and a compassionate heart. With an Associate's Degree in Administration of Justice - Corrections and a plethora of certificates under her belt that include Trauma Informed Care (TIC), De-escalation Techniques and many more. Esmeralda stands ready to support our neighbors experiencing homelessness.
As a CalAIM Manager, Esmeralda plays a pivotal role in coordinating referrals and connecting individuals experiencing homelessness with essential services. Her collaborative spirit shines as she works alongside case managers and peer support specialists to develop housing plans and facilitate referrals. With meticulous attention to detail, she ensures the timely completion and submission of reports and claims, contributing to the seamless operation of our Neighbor Care department.
In her personal life, Esmeralda finds joy in her family, including her beloved 16-year-old daughter and her furry companions: two chihuahuas, a cat, and a ball python. Her commitment to service extends beyond her professional endeavors, as evidenced by her active role in her community.
